What you will do

• Develop high-end graphic expressions to translate complex business strategies into visual narratives for internal and external audiences.
• Evolve and scale hirify.global's brand identity into a dynamic visual system.
• Align the hirify.global master brand with cornerstone brands including Mailchimp, QuickBooks, TurboTax, and Credit Karma.
• Collaborate with creative leads in copy, video, and motion design to deliver award-winning work.
• Present design concepts and strategic rationales to senior leadership.
• Track industry design trends to keep the company's visual language modern and innovative.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of design experience within a high-growth brand team or a top-tier creative agency.
• Deep expertise in branding, layout, typography, and the creation of comprehensive design systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate a strategic design approach.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in Mountain View, CA or San Diego, CA
