What you will do

• Own visual identity across marketing site, social media, sales decks, swag, and press materials
• Ensure brand consistency while evolving visual language as the company grows
• Create design assets for campaigns, landing pages, email, social, and paid acquisition
• Partner with growth, marketing, and product teams to test converting creatives
• Design trust-building materials for patients, clinicians, and enterprise partners
• Develop and maintain design systems, templates, and guidelines for scalability

Requirements

• 4+ years in brand design, graphic design, or visual design
• Portfolio showing systematic thinking and cohesive visual systems
• Skilled at making complex technical concepts approachable
• Comfortable in fast-paced startup environment
• Strong collaborator with marketing, growth, and product teams
• Data-informed with understanding of design impact on conversions

Nice to have

• Healthcare or health tech design experience
• Experience in regulated or trust-sensitive industries
• Motion design or video production background
