What you will do

• Concept and develop campaigns that scale across channels and translate strategy into creative directions.
• Define visual territories, build moodboards, and art direct storytelling approaches.
• Execute hands-on design for campaigns, social, web, events, landing pages, and interactive experiences using Webflow.
• Build and expand scalable illustration libraries and ensure brand consistency.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate photography, illustration, motion, and creative production.
• Concept shoots, video work, storyboards, and visual narratives.

Requirements

• Located in continental US
• Strong portfolio with concept-driven work, high-quality digital execution across brand, product, and marketing.
• Proven experience developing integrated campaigns across touchpoints.
• Exceptional craft in typography, layout, visual systems, UX/UI, interaction design, and digital storytelling.
• Ability to design and build in Webflow or similar, owning end-to-end website design.
• Systems thinking for scalable frameworks; experience with AI-native workflows and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication to explain decisions and align stakeholders.
