Salary: $305,000 - $385,000 USD

What you will do

• Concept and art direct integrated B2B campaigns from initial brief through final production across digital, video, and print.
• Direct photo and video shoots, managing photographers, illustrators, animators, and production partners.
• Develop repeatable visual systems and creative frameworks to ensure brand consistency at scale.
• Shape enterprise storytelling by transforming product capabilities into engaging narratives.
• Serve as the creative lead for both in-house execution and collaborations with external agencies.
• Collaborate with the enterprise marketing team to translate business goals into bold visual concepts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B campaign development, art direction, and execution.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in photography, design, typography, and motion.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience building campaign design systems.
• Proven ability to direct professional shoots and manage creative collaborators.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, CA.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience working on both the client and agency sides of the creative relationship.
• Expertise in making technical enterprise content visually compelling and engaging.
