Salary: $177,000 — $329,000 USD

What you will do

• Identify and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities aligned with hirify.global's AI and identity strategy.
• Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycles from initial discovery and technical design to successful launch.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for partners to ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade.
• Build hands-on technical assets, including demos, labs, and reference architectures.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure the roadmap reflects evolving ecosystem needs.
• Represent the brand at industry events to shape the future of identity standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years in technical roles within Identity, Security, Cloud, or AI.
• Proven success in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Developer Relations.
• Deep technical knowledge of IAM, security architectures, and APIs.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into narratives for both engineers and executives.
• Strong experience in negotiation and stakeholder management across partners and internal teams.
• Must be based in Bellevue, WA; Chicago, IL; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; or Washington, DC.

• Familiarity with agentic AI architectures.
• Experience creating technical blogs and public-facing reference architectures.
