Location: Onsite in Lehi, Utah (5 days a week)

What you will do

• Design AI agent experiences, including how agents present themselves, hand off to humans, and handle failures.
• Define interaction models for AI-first workflows, ensuring users understand agent actions and outcomes.
• Design core business workflows, including records, queues, and dashboards for daily operators.
• Simplify deeply complex AI systems for users who prioritize results over technical implementation.
• Conduct independent on-site customer research to drive product direction and design standards.
• Collaborate directly with PM and engineering to solve the hardest UX problems in applied AI.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience designing complex software used daily under high-pressure environments.
• Proven track record of inventing new interaction paradigms rather than just iterating on existing ones.
• Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into product direction.
• CS degree or equivalent builder experience with the ability to ship code.
• Proficiency in prototyping in code using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
• Comfort designing across all product surfaces and a strong curiosity about AI evolution.
