What you will do

• Manage onsite work, agreements, and contracts for mission-critical data center projects.
• Oversee supply chain management for OFCI equipment, including design, scheduling, and commissioning.
• Coordinate construction activities and interface with landlord construction work.
• Create and manage project scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Provide technical support for electrical systems, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify system improvements and new product introductions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of electrical service engineering experience focused on manufacturing, design, and/or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, breakers, relays, transfer switches, battery systems, and SCADA.
• Experience taking designs from concept through manufacturing and deployment.
• Excellent technical communication skills for writing specs and leading reviews.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale modular or prefabricated products.
• Background working with hyperscale, colocation, or neocloud customers.
• Knowledge of data center standards (TIA-942, ASHRAE, Uptime Institute).
• PLM expertise and experience in a fast-paced startup or hardware company.
