What you will do

• Create and publish job postings across the company website and various job boards.
• Source potential candidates using the Lever ATS and external professional platforms.
• Review applications and shortlist profiles based on technical and cultural fit.
• Maintain and update candidate data, salary expectations, and statuses within the ATS.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in drafting offer letters and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the tech industry.
• Degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration (currently pursuing or completed).
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, ClickUp, and ATS platforms.
• English: Intermediate level required.
• Location: Remote (Work from anywhere).
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
