What you will do

• Perform structural design, analysis, and calculations for civil and infrastructure projects.
• Use STAAD.Pro and Civil 3D to support engineering design.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, plans, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Support projects involving roadways, bridges, buildings, municipal infrastructure, and water/wastewater facilities.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other technical disciplines.
• Develop practical engineering solutions that meet project requirements and applicable codes from initial design through completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–10 years of civil or structural engineering experience.
• Experience with structural design and analysis using STAAD.Pro.
• Experience with Civil 3D.
• Background in infrastructure, transportation, municipal, industrial, or related engineering projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

• EIT certification.
• Texas Professional Engineer license or active progress toward obtaining a PE license.
• Experience with water/wastewater treatment facilities.
• Experience supporting municipal or public-sector engineering projects.
