What you will do

• Architect and manage production systems (MES, ERP, MRP) to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with SaaS partners and internal teams to develop new features and modules for factory infrastructure.
• Drive decision-making on business systems through trade studies and strategic technical leadership.
• Automate and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop real-time analytics dashboards.
• Troubleshoot supply chain, manufacturing, and quality assurance issues to optimize production velocity.
• Work directly with technicians in the factory and on aircraft to implement digital threading.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or Software Engineering.
• 5+ years of professional experience in production or operations.
• 2+ years of programming experience in Python, C, or SQL for data pipeline architecture and automation.
• Expertise in analytics and dashboarding tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Proven experience implementing PLM, ERP, MRP, and MES systems.
• Compliance with U.S. export control laws (U.S. person status preferred).

Nice to have

• Experience with quality management systems (AS9100, 14 CFR 21.137).
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0, IoT, and digital twins.
• Experience integrating PLC/HMI and SCADA platforms.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical process control.
