What you will do
- Co-lead the Everyday Care program, overseeing clinical protocols for medication refills, lab/imaging orders, and specialist referrals.
- Directly lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Nurse Practitioners (NPs) supporting digital visits and asynchronous channels.
- Collaborate with AI Clinical Operations to refine and advance a human-AI operating model for clinical care.
- Develop new clinical AI agents and tools to ensure scalable processes and meeting operational objectives.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define clinical decision trees and escalation guardrails.
- Provide direct patient care within the portal and serve as the clinical backstop for complex telehealth and AI-triage cases.
Requirements
- Board-certified physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred) with 5+ years in clinical practice.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Proven experience leading and managing clinicians (NPs/PAs/MDs) in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated track record of building or scaling clinical programs from 0 to 1.
- Ability to translate complex clinical needs into technical requirements for engineering and product teams.
- Strong interest and curiosity in the application of AI/LLM-based tools in clinical workflows.
