Location: Fully remote nationwide (US only). Must be eligible as Medicare provider; state licenses in US states preferred (e.g., MA, NJ, NY, MN, WI, IA, SC, NC, OR, VA, TX or IMLC).

Compensation: $270,000 - $300,000 USD

What you will do

• Provide high-quality preventive, acute, and chronic care in a fully remote virtual setting.
• Manage dedicated patient panels and co-manage with primary care physicians and external partners.
• Educate patients, prescribe medications, handle follow-ups, and refer to specialists as needed.
• Work on population health initiatives like Annual Wellness Visits and post-discharge support to reduce readmissions.
• Collaborate on clinical guidelines and policies while adhering to best practices.
• Deliver quality care efficiently using hirify.global's technology against challenging goals.

Requirements

• Board-Certified in Family Medicine
• 3+ years post-residency experience; primary care and behavioral health, acute/urgent care settings.
• Experience with virtual visits/telemedicine required
• Prior EPIC EMR experience
• Currently enrolled or eligible as Medicare provider; clean background and malpractice history.
• Commit to 40 hours/week (36 clinical), 3x12-hour shifts including every Saturday/Sunday +1 weekday; handle 3+ patients/hour.
• Tech-savvy, proactive, organized, detail-oriented; interest in longitudinal patient relationships.

Nice to have

• Licensed in MA, NJ, NY, MN, WI, IA, SC, NC, OR, VA, TX or active IMLC.
• 3+ years in-person primary care.
• Spanish-speaking ability.
