What you will do

• Lead operational excellence, setting benchmarks for quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
• Spearhead cross-functional process improvements with organizational stakeholders.
• Drive team and individual performance through metrics, coaching, and development plans.
• Instill accountability, streamline workflows, and optimize resource allocation.
• Collaborate on strategic initiatives focused on health outcomes and customer projects.
• Provide clinical supervision for nurse practitioners and clinicians.
• Champion product/platform upgrades to enhance clinical delivery.
• Maintain ~10% time on clinical duties and patient care.

Requirements

• 5+ years leadership experience, including 3+ years managing teams, with track record in operational excellence.
• MD or DO degree with 5+ years clinical experience in primary care, including virtual care.
• Active license and board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics.
• Experience leading value-based care (risk-bearing contracts, ACOs, shared savings).
• Strong project management for efficiencies and processes.
• Excellent communication to influence stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset; adapt to fast-paced environment; manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work evenings/weekends and travel up to 10%.
