Salary: $129,000 - $165,000 USD (San Francisco Bay Area and New York City) or $112,000 - $145,000 USD (All Other US Locations).

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of analytics projects from scoping and planning to execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Product Management teams to align on project goals.
• Serve as the primary client contact, addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate new insights and technologies into service offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-6 years of experience in healthcare analytics or a related field with a proven track record of delivering solutions to clients.
• Strong project management skills, including leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Commitment to integrating AI into daily work processes.

Nice to have

• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment within the healthcare industry.
• Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations, such as HIPAA and GDPR.
• Advanced analytical skills, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and data visualization.
