What you will do

• Own the product area end-to-end, from defining the problem through delivery and measuring impact.
• Conduct weekly customer interviews across multiple regions to validate pain points and workflows.
• Define product priorities, manage the backlog, and make trade-offs to ensure high-value outcomes.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to explore and validate solutions before committing to build.
• Track and report performance metrics using data to guide decisions and measure success.
• Communicate roadmaps, risks, and updates proactively to cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience setting and tracking key metrics for commercial success.
• Strong analytical skills to distill complex information into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira and Looker.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
• Must be based in Ireland, Northern Ireland, or the UK

Nice to have

• Experience in the hair and beauty industry.
• Experience with consumer or mobile products.
• Prior supplier/vendor selection and relationship management experience.
