What you will do
- Develop and optimize cleans processes for silicon semiconductors.
- Implement and maintain SPC (Statistical Process Control) and FDC (Fault Detection and Classification) systems.
- Analyze metrology data to monitor material quality and drive yield improvements.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for process deviations and yield issues.
- Drive equipment performance to maximize capacity and improve cost efficiency.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership in cleans process improvement.
Requirements
- B.S. Degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics or similar.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Cleans process engineering within high-volume semiconductor manufacturing.
- Strong background in SPC & FDC.
- Demonstrated experience with Design of Experiments (DoE) and automated fault detection.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
