• Maintain timely collections of cash from customers.
• Manage and resolve blocked orders quickly.
• Use GETPAID efficiently, completing workflow actions with accurate notes.
• Maintain documentation for management reviews and prepare accounts for pre-legal action.
• Work with sales team to resolve customer disputes and assist with cash allocation.
• Ensure clean, safe working environment and professional communication.

Requirements

• Fluent in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, focused, flexible, numerate, and strong organisational skills.
