Salary: $190,000 – $268,000 (depending on location)

What you will do

• Develop strategic messaging centered on the "Three Cs": Control, Compensation, and Credit for content creators.
• Conduct deep-dive research into publisher challenges to influence marketing campaigns and product roadmaps.
• Oversee the creation of high-fidelity collateral, technical one-sheeters, and social-first "sizzle" content.
• Represent hirify.global at major global stages such as Davos, SXSW, and Cannes.
• Build and manage a high-touch pipeline to engage C-suite leaders at major media and content brands.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, Strategy, or Growth within SaaS, Media, or AI sectors.
• Deep understanding of the AI landscape and the tension between LLM training and intellectual property.
• Proven executive presence with the ability to host C-suite roundtables and speak at major industry events.
• Strong analytical rigor to turn raw survey data and interviews into coherent persona and segmentation strategies.
• Ability to translate complex infrastructure concepts into compelling narratives about the future of the internet.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Austin, San Francisco, New York, or London.
