What you will do

• Develop and deploy AI-powered features in Python stack using FastAPI, Django, DRF, and explore frameworks like BentoML for scalability.
• Build intelligent automation systems, AI agents, and decision-support tools integrated into product workflows.
• Implement and optimize LLM-based systems, RAG pipelines, and AI architectures for property management.
• Integrate AI capabilities like NLP, voice processing, and computer vision into customer-facing and internal tools.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to define use cases and deploy to production.
• Ensure security best practices, monitor models with MLOps, and maintain documentation.

Requirements

• Strong Python background (5+ years), experience with FastAPI or Django/DRF.
• Proven track record building and deploying AI/ML applications in production.
• Proficiency with async/streaming APIs, context engineering for LLMs.
• Hands-on with PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, LLM tools like LangChain, PydanticAI.
• Experience deploying models with Docker, Kubernetes, BentoML; vector DBs, RAG.
• Knowledge of cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), MLOps (MLflow/Kubeflow), software best practices.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with voice-to-text, IVR, computer vision systems.
