What you will do

• Own architecture of core platform components from design to production deployment as a whole-systems thinker
• Develop secure generative AI services and applications using Python and modern frameworks
• Build and optimize high-performance, low-latency APIs and microservices for AI models and agentic workflows
• Proactively communicate changes, plans, and proposals to cross-functional teams
• Bridge backend services, infrastructure, and operations for seamless deployments and scalable architecture

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience as senior software engineer with strong Python in production
• Proven expertise in generative AI applications, LLMs, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector), and agentic frameworks in secure enterprise context
• Experience with AI tools like Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot
• Practical knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Docker, Kubernetes
• Solid grasp of FastAPI, Asyncio, PostgreSQL
• Collaborative mindset for cross-functional engagement and mentoring juniors

Nice to have

• Enterprise architecture experience with IAM, SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, RBAC, security best practices
• Designing enterprise administration and billing systems
• Navigating complex legacy migrations and infrastructure deployments
