What you will do

• Develop AI solutions using machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and statistical modeling for ranking, chatbots, intent recognition, agentic systems, recommenders, computer vision, and NLQ.
• Apply coding, analytical skills, and innovative thinking to transform ideas into functional solutions across new domains.
• Manipulate large datasets, employ data science methods for insights, and structure analyses/ML models to answer complex business questions.
• Collaborate with global teams across continents and communicate data science topics clearly to partners and leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience with bachelor’s or 5+ with master’s; proven data science problem-solving.
• Knowledge of AI techniques (Bayesian, clustering, ensembles, NLP), statistical concepts, LLMs, guardrails, RAG, agentic AI.
• Hands-on Python, ML libraries (scikit-learn, Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow), SQL, PySpark for data processing.
• Understanding of full ML lifecycle: data prep, feature engineering, pipelining, modeling, evaluation, monitoring.
• Strong communication skills across business areas.
