What you will do

• Utilize AI techniques like machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and statistical modeling to develop solutions.
• Manipulate large datasets for business insights and drive actionable, data-driven decisions.
• Structure work, frame issues, and produce ML models or compound AI systems.
• Communicate complex data science topics clearly to partners and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with a global team across continents to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience with bachelor’s degree or 3+ years with master’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven knowledge of AI techniques, statistical concepts, LLMs, guardrails, RAG, and agentic AI.
• Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with scikit-learn, Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with MLOps, SQL, PySpark.
• Strong analytical abilities and passion for solving problems in structured/unstructured data.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLFlow, AWS SageMaker, Bedrock.
• Knowledge of feature stores, ML models as service, monitoring dashboards.
• Infrastructure knowledge (AWS, Kubernetes) and cost-awareness.
