What you will do
- Proactively identify high-value automation opportunities in commercial operations and prioritize based on ROI and scalability.
- Lead design and implementation of end-to-end AI systems, including data requirements, model selection, prompt engineering, and deployment.
- Curate and integrate AI toolkit, evaluating third-party services while partnering with Tech and Legal teams.
- Ensure AI governance, GDPR compliance, ethical practices, and security.
- Bridge technical solutions with business needs, translating pain points into high-performing AI implementations.
- Drive change management, new ways of working, and measure impact on productivity.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building autonomous agents with LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Proficient in Python, web frameworks like FastAPI/Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
- Expertise in advanced prompt engineering, LLM evals, RAG architectures, vector embeddings, and function-calling.
- Software engineering best practices: CI/CD, Git, unit testing, documentation.
- Product mindset for stakeholder discovery and building accessible interfaces like Streamlit or Retool.
- Strong communication to explain feasibility and prioritize based on ROI.
