What you will do

• Lead architectural design and ensure technical consistency across AI services and components.
• Design, develop, and maintain generative AI services using Python.
• Collaborate with product, platform, and research teams to translate AI prototypes into production-ready capabilities.
• Deploy scalable, containerized applications within a Kubernetes (EKS) environment.
• Mentor less-senior developers on engineering principles, GenAI patterns, and platform development.
• Define and promote best practices in scalability, observability, testing, and CI/CD.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven experience leading technical architecture for large-scale platforms or services.
• Deep expertise in Python (or Java) and strong proficiency in backend development.
• Familiarity with modern AI/LLM tools and frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and cloud-native architectures.
• Record of building scalable backend systems and APIs.

Nice to have

• Experience operationalizing LLMs or building an internal AI platform.
• Familiarity with observability practices including metrics, logging, and alerts.
• Exposure to knowledge graphs or semantic search systems.
