What you will do

  • Facilitate the collection, translation, and reconciliation of prior wage, payroll tax, and deduction data for new clients.
  • Validate client FEINs regarding wages paid and manage merger/acquisition successorship.
  • Guide clients through wage and tax transitions and advise self-employed owners on SBEA regulations.
  • Research minimum wage and premium overtime pay data to prepare summary documentation and training materials.
  • Provide statistical data to management and conduct Retro Benefit Deduction training for new hires.
  • Maintain documentation integrity and support audit efforts regarding compliance functions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a high-growth payroll service bureau onboarding operation or a related field.
  • Location: Must be based in Coppell, Texas.

Nice to have

  • CPP Certification.
