Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 USD or $50,000 – $80,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Process end-to-end payroll for employees in the US and Canada according to statutory regulations.
  • Collect and verify payroll data, including attendance, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records, compensation details, and tax information.
  • Prepare payroll reports, financial summaries, and reconciliations for management and auditors.
  • Resolve employee payroll inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance on new hires, promotions, and salary adjustments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada
