What you will do
- Partner with senior leadership to translate business goals into hiring plans and own outcomes across functions.
- Drive execution on complex requisition loads in competitive markets.
- Build and improve recruiting workflows, reporting, infrastructure, and top-of-funnel sourcing strategies.
- Influence business decisions, calibrate interviews, and maintain high hiring standards.
- Advance AI and modern tools like Ashby to enable smarter workflows and data-driven performance.
Requirements
- 6+ years full-cycle recruiting in GTM/G&A (technical experience bonus)
- Proven success in high-growth early-stage companies with speed and quality.
- Track record owning complex reqs and closing high-quality hires.
- Systems-oriented with expertise in workflows, sourcing for niche roles, and stakeholder partnership.
- Experience leveraging AI, tools like Ashby, and data for outcomes.
