What you will do

• Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns via email, SMS, and push notifications to drive retention and loyalty.
• Implement and set up online bonus promotions across web, app, and other communication channels.
• Manage audience segmentation and automation to create personalized player journeys.
• Develop promotional content, including copywriting for emails and managing digital assets.
• Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and report on ROI and participation.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams, external vendors, and clients to align campaign execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in CRM marketing or a similar digital marketing role.
• Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Experience with performance tracking, A/B testing, and data reporting.
• Knowledge of email marketing guidelines and compliance requirements (e.g., CAN-SPAM).

• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for design.
