What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a new greenfield initiative at the intersection of creativity and tech.
• Build and manage the research pipeline by conducting usability tests, analyzing session replays, and performing user interviews.
• Collaborate closely with designers to shape solutions and drive them from initial concept to launch.
• Manage delivery with engineering teams, running sprints and ensuring all features are polished and ship on time.
• Perform rigorous QA on all new features and improvements before every release.
• Utilize product analytics (Amplitude) and event instrumentation to make data-driven prioritization decisions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience in fast-moving, consumer or creator-facing environments.
• Must be based in the US.
• Hands-on UXR experience, including recruiting participants and synthesizing findings into clear direction.
• Proficiency in funnel analysis and product analytics platforms like Amplitude.
• Proven ability to own delivery directly with engineers from sprint kick-off to monitoring.
• Startup mentality with high agency and a focus on outcomes over process.

• Experience in music, creative tools, or the broader creator economy.
• Familiarity with growth funnels, onboarding optimization, or lifecycle engagement.
• Exposure to AI-assisted workflows for research synthesis and specification writing.
