What you will do

• Design and maintain internal review and enforcement tooling, including case queues and audit logging.
• Develop reusable APIs and backend services to accelerate the deployment of review workflows.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety, policy, and detection teams to optimize operational workflows.
• Implement security guardrails such as granular permissions, audit trails, and data-access controls.
• Instrument tools to monitor queue health, reviewer throughput, and decision quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience focusing on internal tools or operations platforms.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Python.
• Experience with agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) to ship production-quality software.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with non-engineering stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office

Nice to have

• Experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, fraud, or risk operations.
• Background in designing case-management systems (SLAs, escalation paths).
• Experience with GCP, AWS, Postgres, BigQuery, and CI/CD.
• Usage of LLMs as building blocks within operational tools.
