What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable fullstack applications.
• Implement GenAI solutions including RAG, prompt engineering, and observability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with QA, product managers, and architects to deliver high-quality software.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize code for speed and scalability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in developing IT solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and React.
• Proven experience with GenAI development, including vector stores and RAG.
• Strong understanding of fullstack architecture and object-oriented design patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Redis, DynamoDB).

Nice to have

• Experience with Agentic AI development.
• Proficiency in Java Spring Framework.
