Sr. Full Stack Developer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, debug, and optimize scalable software applications.
• Build platform capabilities and solutions for GenAI projects across the organization.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers while collaborating with architects.
• Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and work with QA engineers to resolve defects.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other cross-functional teams on requirements and solution design.
• Create technical documentation and develop reusable frameworks, programs, and engineering standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience developing IT solutions and a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python, React, full-stack development, architecture patterns, RESTful APIs, and integration.
• Experience developing GenAI applications with vector stores, RAG solutions, context engineering, prompt engineering, and observability.
• Knowledge of AWS, containerization, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and CI/CD with Git.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including Redis and DynamoDB.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaborative working skills; experience with Agile and Scrum/SAFe practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic AI development and the Java Spring Framework.
• Exposure to AI/ML techniques and methodologies.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
