What you will do

• Build and deploy end-to-end AI-first features using LLMs, agents, and reinforcement learning.
• Develop across the full stack using React, TypeScript, and Python (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy).
• Utilize cutting-edge AI tooling like Cursor and Windsurf to accelerate development cycles.
• Collaborate with product and design teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Maintain clean, tested, and scalable code while balancing technical debt with delivery speed.
• Participate in peer reviews and contribute to a high-velocity engineering culture.

Requirements

• Must be based in Portugal
• 2+ years of industry experience in fast-paced or startup environments.
• Proficiency in React/TypeScript and Python for building RESTful APIs and data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML features to real users.
• Experience deploying and maintaining services on cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
