What you will do

• Serve as the technical lead and thought partner for sophisticated public sector customers to ideate and build novel applications using hirify.global's API.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and develop comprehensive AI roadmaps.
• Accelerate customer time to value by building hands-on prototypes and delivering strategic technical guidance.
• Manage relationships with customer leadership and implementation partners to ensure successful deployment and scaling.
• Contribute to open-source developer resources and codify internal best practices via notebooks and repositories.
• Synthesize and deliver high-signal feedback to Product, Engineering, and Research teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical consulting experience, preferably with U.S. federal civilian customers.
• Proven experience leading GenAI or traditional ML implementations for government agencies.
• Industry experience in programming languages such as Python or Javascript.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics for both technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Capacity to drive multiple concurrent projects and prioritize tasks ruthlessly.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Washington, DC.
