What you will do

• Design and evolve the Customer Success agent desktop used by the call center.
• Develop tools, workflows, and integrations connecting multiple organizational systems.
• Increase agent productivity via automation and AI-driven capabilities.
• Solve complex platform challenges and operational problems at scale.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams to enhance user experience.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York or New Jersey
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience with Kotlin, Java, or Scala and the Spring Framework.
• Proficiency in relational (MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
• Experience with micro-service architecture and message queues (Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
