What you will do

• Develop and maintain microservice APIs throughout the full development lifecycle.
• Review pull requests and provide technical feedback to developers to ensure high code quality.
• Participate in Agile scrums, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and backlog grooming sessions.
• Analyze production defects, troubleshoot systems, and implement root-cause fixes.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to develop and integrate software into company products.
• Contribute to a culture of learning through hack-a-thons and innovation events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 3 years of modern app dev experience, or HS diploma with 5 years of Java cloud-native experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (No sponsorship provided).
• Must be able to commute to a company Hub for regular business and team meetings.
• Strong software development and debugging skills.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring and Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with SOAP and REST web services, JSON, and XML.
• Proficiency with Jira, Bitbucket, and continuous integration (CI) environments.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests.
