What you will do

• Build and operate an end-to-end AI-native production pipeline using generative systems, real-time engines, and automation.
• Develop and launch original content formats designed specifically for AI-native production.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams spanning AI, creative, and production to deliver content at scale.
• Define new production models leveraging simulation and generation to increase creative output and speed.
• Own the full lifecycle of AI-native productions from concept development through publishing and distribution.
• Establish standards for responsible AI use and track performance metrics regarding volume and engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in production, post-production, or content creation.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Runway, Sora, ElevenLabs) in a real production context.
• Deep fluency with real-time engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity and virtual production workflows.
• Track record of building or significantly improving production pipelines.
• Experience delivering finished, published content at scale across digital or streaming platforms.
• Relocation to NYC, LA, or Atlanta may be required.
