What you will do

  • Use AI animation models and an internal video generation platform to produce polished 60-second episodes at scale.
  • Generate high-quality content efficiently across diverse genres, including sci-fi, fantasy, romance, and thriller.
  • Transform provided titles and themes into unique visual narratives with substantial creative latitude.
  • Troubleshoot common AI video generation issues, such as character consistency, motion artifacts, and temporal coherence.
  • Adapt storytelling styles to match specific genre tones and social platform specifications.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with major AI video tools such as Runway, Pika, Kling, or Luma.
  • Expertise in AI video pipeline workflows, including prompt engineering and output optimization.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for AI challenges like hallucinations and motion quality.
  • Understanding of short-form content requirements for social platforms (aspect ratios, pacing, hooks).
  • Knowledge of post-production techniques to enhance and polish AI-generated footage.
  • Must be based in North America.

Nice to have

  • Experience creating viral short-form content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or Instagram Reels.
  • Proficiency with editing software like DaVinci Resolve, Premiere, or CapCut.
  • Experience creating vertical drama content with a focus on romance.
