What you will do

• Build and maintain robust datasets and complex transformations within a Palantir Foundry ecosystem.
• Architect and develop responsive UI components using React and TypeScript to visualize compliance workflows.
• Integrate backend data structures with frontend views to ensure high-performance, data-driven user experiences.
• Design UI/UX workflows specifically tailored for transparency, auditability, and regulatory rigor.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and data engineers to align technical outputs with compliance expectations.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Significant professional experience with React and TypeScript.
• Proven track record of building end-to-end, data-driven applications.
• Experience operating at a Senior/Staff (Level V) capacity, capable of making architectural decisions.
• Must be based in or able to work from Minneapolis, MN

Nice to have

• Direct experience with Palantir Foundry.
• Familiarity with Foundry Workshop or Ontology-based UIs.
• Background in supporting audit-driven reporting or highly regulated industries such as Utilities, Finance, or Infrastructure.
