TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SDR): Engage and convert potential leads into new clients by answering and categorizing inbound leads via multiple channels and providing accurate information about IT management SaaS products. Focus on sales outreach, lead qualification, and initial client engagement for service automation solutions.

Location: Hybrid in Buenos Aires, Argentina (Belgrano, CABA office attendance at least twice a week)

What you will do

  • Answer and categorize inbound leads from multiple channels.
  • Engage potential leads and convert them into new clients.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Support the commercial team in lead generation and qualification.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong communication skills and commercial inclination
  • Previous experience in similar roles with intangible products/services

  • Experience or knowledge in software/hardware management industry
