What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of product features and functionalities.
• Translate validated use cases into detailed technical specifications and prompts for AI development tools.
• Use AI platforms to generate, refine, and debug code for robust and performant solutions.
• Oversee technical documentation, including API specifications and user guides.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and customer support for seamless integration.
• Define and enforce coding standards and best practices for AI-assisted development.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of progressive experience as a Software Engineer.
• Proven expertise in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from concept to deployment.
• Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language and its frameworks.
• Experience with AI-powered code generation and prompt engineering principles.
• Ability to design testing architecture and integrate it with CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases, advanced SQL, and data modeling.
