Salary: $120,000 - $155,000 USD Annually

What you will do

• Design, develop, unit test, and support the application suite using C#, SQL, and JavaScript.
• Ensure operational stability and resiliency of software both pre- and post-deployment.
• Utilize AI coding assistants for at least 50% of coding, debugging, and documentation tasks.
• Apply sound engineering principles using Jira and Git for issue tracking and source control.
• Handle periodic on-call duty and out-of-band requests.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a software developer.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with agentic engineering and spec-driven development techniques in daily workflow.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented software techniques and ER data modeling concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Must be based in the specified eligible US states.
