What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and ship high-quality technical solutions that scale across multiple hirify.global services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative AI solutions for Copilot Chat.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to encourage the growth of other engineers.
• Own and advocate for system health, including participating in on-call and first responder rotations.
• Write architecture briefs and prototypes to achieve planetary scale within the systems.
• Design and implement APIs and CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering (or equivalent experience with a relevant degree).
• 1+ years experience building agent-based experiences on LLMs, including prompt engineering and agentic workflow design.
• Hands-on experience with React, CSS, HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript and design systems.
• 2+ years experience using general purpose programming languages such as Go or Ruby.

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting languages like Bash or Python.
• 3+ years experience with cloud environments and CNCF concepts.
