What you will do

• Own the company’s technology roadmap, long-term technical vision, and architecture to ensure the platform scales securely.
• Lead and scale engineering, QA, technical operations, and architecture teams across multiple geographies.
• Oversee security and compliance posture, including SOC 2 audits, customer security reviews, and internal policies.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and reliability, ensuring high availability for customers operating live construction sites.
• Collaborate as a core member of the executive leadership team to align technology with company strategy.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities to solve real-world operational problems within regulated and security-sensitive environments.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership.
• Prior experience as a CTO or VP of Engineering in a SaaS company.
• Strong background in cloud-native systems, modern APIs, and secure architectures.
• Expertise in modern web and mobile technology stacks, preferably .NET, React, and React Native.
• Hands-on experience with security, compliance, and audits.
• Must be based in Poland.
