Hybrid: New York Metropolitan Area (Jersey City, New Jersey office). Requires valid US work permit; no visa sponsorship. Travel to US customer locations.

Compensation: $125K – $200K (New York area) + bonus

What you will do

• Engage senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and co-design AI-assisted design roadmaps.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions using NC's platform, collaborating with customer engineers and internal developers.
• Guide customers through AI adoption from proof-of-concept to full integration.
• Act as bridge between customer needs and product evolution, providing feedback to development team.

Requirements

• Valid US work permit required; no visa sponsorship.
• Strong communicator able to engage VP/C-level and engineering teams.
• Experience designing end-to-end solutions from business needs to technical approaches.
• Master's or PhD in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent industrial/consultancy experience.
• Solid understanding of engineering simulation (CAD/CAE, CFD, FEM).
• Working knowledge of machine learning applied to engineering; Python and ML frameworks a plus.
• Fluent in English.
