TL;DR
Account Manager Trainer & Enablement Specialist (SaaS): Creating and delivering a comprehensive training program for the Account Management team with an accent on curriculum development, AI-powered workflow tools, and client strategy. Focus on building onboarding modules from scratch, coaching AMs on AI tool integration, and establishing a repeatable framework for campaign builds.
Location: Remote (Global), excluding Canada. Must be prepared to work standard business hours on Pacific Time.

What you will do
- Build and maintain training modules covering campaign strategy, client asset creation, and AI-powered workflow tools.
- Develop playbooks, reference guides, and assessments to track learning and readiness of Account Managers.
- Lead onboarding training for all new Account Manager hires and run ongoing skill development sessions.
- Partner with Account Directors to identify skill gaps and prioritize critical training topics.
- Coach AMs on using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to produce higher-quality client assets faster.
- Develop a repeatable framework for AMs to follow during strategy and campaign builds.
Requirements
- Experience in customer success, digital marketing, or account management.
- Background in training, coaching, or L&D, specifically in curriculum building.
- Proficiency and comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and ability to teach others.
- Fluent English proficiency for servicing clients primarily based in the US and Canada.
- Ability to work standard business hours on Pacific Time.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to build structure in an ambiguous environment.
