TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (AI/SaaS): Managing strategic customer relationships and driving product adoption for the Scale segment with an accent on API integration and customer retention. Focus on conducting business reviews, mitigating churn risk, and educating clients on leveraging AI translation tools.

Location: Austin, Texas (Hybrid: in-office 2-3 times per week)

What you will do

  • Build long-term strategic relationships to hirify.globaly understand customer ecosystems, strategies, and goals.
  • Conduct regular business reviews using data-driven narratives to solidify your role as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive product adoption, specifically for API users, and educate clients on leveraging product features.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify growth potential for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Forecast customer retention, proactively mitigate risk, and own renewals and downsells.
  • Work cross-functionally with Support, Finance, and Legal teams to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in customer success with a strong focus on retention and client relationship management.
  • Background in sales or account management, particularly regarding renewals and growth.
  • Experience with APIs and comfort working with customers who integrate solutions into their own products.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred; knowledge of Portuguese or French is beneficial.
  • Experience within the Software/SaaS industry.
  • Must be based in Austin to participate in the hybrid office culture (2-3 days per week).
