What you will do
- Build strategic media plans, assess inventory, and align targeting with programmatic audio supply.
- Coordinate forecasting and availability with sales, supply, and demand teams.
- Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns in DSPs like AdsWizz, Magnite, Xandr.
- Monitor pacing, delivery, performance; troubleshoot issues in real-time.
- Prepare reporting, insights, and month-end reconciliations for clients and stakeholders.
- Serve as audio inventory expert on trends and marketplace dynamics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years in media planning, inventory strategy, or campaign management in programmatic advertising.
- Hands-on with DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, AdsWizz) and ad platforms/SSPs.
- Analytical skills for data interpretation, Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Understanding of VAST, openRTB, third-party measurement tools.
- Strong communication, project management in fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Client-facing or account management experience.
- Media buying at agency or ad tech platform.
- Publisher onboarding, SSP integrations, audio supply dynamics.
- IAB standards, emerging audio ad formats.
- Data visualization tools like DOMO.
