What you will do
- Own outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone to initiate first conversations.
- Qualify opportunities by running structured discovery calls against the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Nurture leads with clear value propositions to maintain pipeline momentum.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align on campaigns and hand off qualified leads to AEs.
- Manage the pipeline by accurately logging activities and notes in Salesforce.
- Provide market insights to help sharpen targeting and messaging strategies.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a BDR or SDR role (internships/campus selling welcome).
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Proven ability to manage multiple outreach streams and maintain organization.
- Resilience, goal orientation, and a coachable mindset.
- Must be based in Stockholm for a 5-day in-office work arrangement.
