What you will do

  • Own outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone to initiate first conversations.
  • Qualify opportunities by running structured discovery calls against the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Nurture leads with clear value propositions to maintain pipeline momentum.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align on campaigns and hand off qualified leads to AEs.
  • Manage the pipeline by accurately logging activities and notes in Salesforce.
  • Provide market insights to help sharpen targeting and messaging strategies.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a BDR or SDR role (internships/campus selling welcome).
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple outreach streams and maintain organization.
  • Resilience, goal orientation, and a coachable mindset.
  • Must be based in Stockholm for a 5-day in-office work arrangement.
