What you will do

• Design and manage endpoint platforms using Microsoft Intune and Iru.
• Own device lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, and automated provisioning via Autopilot and Apple Business Manager.
• Configure hardening baselines and manage vulnerability exposure using CrowdStrike Spotlight.
• Administer the CrowdStrike Falcon platform, including sensor deployment, policy tuning, and alert triage.
• Integrate endpoint platforms with identity providers such as Okta and Entra ID.
• Automate endpoint configuration and application lifecycles using PowerShell, Bash, and Python.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in endpoint engineering or IT infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Iru (or Jamf), and macOS/Windows administration.
• Must be based in the United States to work within the US-Based Virtual Operating Center.
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience with Okta, Entra ID, and Zero Trust principles.
• Hands-on experience with CrowdStrike Falcon administration.

Nice to have

• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, specifically Terraform.
• Experience operating in high-growth or SaaS environments.
• Network troubleshooting skills, including DNS, DHCP, and network traffic flow.
• Experience with Nexthink or similar endpoint analytics (DEX) tools.
