What you will do
- Build and maintain dashboards, data models, and reporting layers that Lifecycle Marketing and leadership rely on.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of experiments, including scoping hypotheses and analyzing cross-channel retargeting tests.
- Support the evolution of the measurement framework through incrementality work, stratified holdouts, and attribution model refinement.
- Collaborate with Martech and Analytics Engineering to QA business logic in CRM pipelines and validate audience data.
- Conduct root-cause analysis on metric movements to provide clear narratives based on marketplace dynamics.
- Review SQL and pressure-test analytical approaches to raise the technical bar for the team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience using data to drive business impact and partnering with cross-functional teams.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for writing complex queries against large event-based datasets.
- Hands-on experience building transformation models using dbt or similar tools.
- Solid grounding in statistical analysis using Python or R (hypothesis testing, regression, bootstrapping).
- Proven experience owning A/B testing end-to-end: from experimental design to analysis and write-up.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Mode, Looker, or Tableau.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, or retention functions (email, push, SMS).
- Familiarity with marketing attribution concepts (MMM, last-touch, multi-touch).
- Exposure to incrementality testing, causal impact models, or geo-based experiments.
- Experience working with two-sided marketplaces.
- Familiarity with Amazon Redshift, Statsig, Amplitude, Iterable, or Hightouch.
